Disclosure Issues

Scotland’s laws on disclosure requirements have undergone a variety of updates and reforms. One example is the enactment of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.

As you know, changes to the law can have far-reaching consequences and our team make sure that you are fully aware of what they are and can advise on the action you need to take. This includes:

  • highlighting any new duties and when they come into effect.
  • where appropriate, we can draft disclosure policies to assist help you comply with the new requirements.
  • on top of this we can also check your current disclosure policies to ensure that they are in line with existing laws.
