Fiona Gibb
Fiona Gibb is a partner in our Land Resources department.
She handles a diverse range of property portfolios for various clients, as well as ancillary matters relating to their personal, charitable or trust business.
Her clients include private individuals, private and charitable trusts, partnerships, companies and charitable organisations, who are mainly estate owners, owner-occupier landowners or involved in property development.
Fiona specialises in all aspects of rural property work and has a particular interest in development projects of all kinds.
She handles contractual arrangements, conveyancing and leasing transactions in connection with the acquisition and sale of estates, farms, forestry, sporting rights and minerals, as well as the ongoing management and development of those interests.
