Claire Hendry
Claire is an associate in our Employment Team.
She is experienced in all aspects of Employment Law including unfair dismissal, discrimination, family friendly issues, contracts of employment, internal policies & procedures, employment disputes including attendance at Employment Tribunals, TUPE & restructuring.
Claire delivers presentations and training on employment and discrimination issues and is responsible for our Employment Unit's “Club HR” programme of client seminars .
She has attained the Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and is an active graduate member of the CIPD. She is a committee member of the Women in Business Group of the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, Association of European Lawyers and the Employment Law Group.
