Andrew Foyle
Andrew is a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution department’s Banking Litigation team.
He deals primarily with a Sheriff Court and Court of Session commercial litigation case load, involving banking law, insolvency, fraud, professional negligence and contractual claims. His clients include financial institutions and commercial concerns.
Andrew advises on diligence, enforcement of court decrees, documents of debt and advises financial institutions on civil aspects of Proceeds of Crime legislation.
Prior to joining us Andrew worked as a legal assistant at the Scottish Law Commission, researching the law relating to diligence. In addition to his LLB from Glasgow University, Andrew holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Trinity College Dublin, specialising in European Community law and Human Rights.
