Alana Gillies
Alana is a solicitor in our Corporate team.
She specialises in providing advice on all aspects of corporate and corporate real estate work including:
- banking and finance
- joint ventures
- company acquisitions and sales
- bespoke commercial contracts
- development and regeneration projects both within the private and public sector
She has taken a key role in relation to a variety of transactions including:
- acting for the Keills Group in its management buyout of the property fund and asset management business from the Noble Group and its ongoing asset management and property acquisition programme
- acting for the borrower in relation to the restructuring and refinancing of over £40m worth of term loan and working capital facilities
- acting for institutional lenders in connection with the provision of a variety of loan facilities, guarantees and performance related bonds
- acting for a landowner in relation to joint venture arrangements for the development of a wind farm in the west coast of Scotland.
