New associate bolsters commercial real estate team at Anderson Strathern

Anderson Strathern has strengthened its commercial real estate team with the appointment of Lee Robertson as an associate based in the firm’s Edinburgh office.

Lee will focus on advising clients in the renewables, retail and property development sectors.

She has 20 years experience in all areas of commercial property law including acting for developers in relation to on-shore wind farms throughout Scotland, mixed use and residential developments as well as all aspects of landlord and tenant leasing and management.

She also acts for building contractors, including the UK’s largest building distribution company, special purchase vehicles and funders on a number of large scale infrastructure projects throughout Scotland.

Anderson Strathern recently announced that the partners and staff of Bell & Scott, Scotland's first specialist property practice, will join the firm on 1 July giving Anderson Strathern a complement of 57 partners, including 16 in commercial real estate and a combined turnover of £23 million.
