Children's Hearings (Scotland) Act

This Act resulted from a Scottish Government Bill, introduced in the Scottish Parliament by Michael Russell MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Education and Lifelong Learning, on 23 February 2010. The Bill was passed by Parliament at Stage 3 on 25 November 2010 and received Royal Assent on 6 January 2011. For our full overview of the Act please click here.
