  • Advising The Scottish Legal Complaints Commission following the formal opening of the Commission on 1 October 2008. The Scottish Legal Complaints Commission is the new Scottish body set up to investigate public complaints about legal services in Scotland.
  • Appointed recently to provide legal services to the Scottish Information Commissioner, the postholder responsible for enforcing Scotland’s freedom of information laws.
