John Kerr
John is a partner in our Corporate group and deals with general corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial contract issues.
He has acted for a number of local authorities and public bodies. The work has included many significant capital projects with procurement issues central to them.
Much of John's work has an international dimension and he is a Director of the Association of European Lawyers, the network of independent European firms of which Anderson Strathern was a founder.
He also specialises in sports law matters where he is involved with constitutional issues, sport sponsorship, product endorsement, discipline, drug related issues and the provision of new facilities. John is a member of the British Association of Sports and is a Director of Sports Resolutions. He is also a member of the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers.
John has also been recognised as 'Leader in their field' by leading legal directory Chambers UK 2012 in Sport (Scotland).
