Edward Gratwick
Edward is a senior solicitor in our Property Litigation team.
Edward’s experience includes dealing with title and missive disputes, access issues, disputes between landlord and tenant including recovery of possession and rent arrears under both commercial and residential leases.
In addition, Edward is gaining experience in dealing with dilapidations claims for both landlords and tenants.
Edward represents clients in the Sheriff Courts and assists in the preparation of cases for the Court of Session, Scottish Land Court and Lands Tribunal for Scotland.
Edward tutored on the company law and commercial law courses at the University of Edinburgh from 2005-2008.
Edward is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
