Bruce Farquhar
Bruce is a partner in our Corporate department.
He deals with all aspects of corporate and commercial work including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate finance.
Some of his recent highlights include:
- Advising Kwik Fit group on a variety of high level commercial transactions.
- Concluding first and second round angel syndicate findings for interactive design institute, an innovative company which delivers web-based courses to international students.
- Advising the hydrogen office in relation to delivery of a wind turbine and office block comprising unique Hydrogen Fuel Cell energy storage and testing facility.
Bruce is a part time tutor at Edinburgh University tutoring in company and commercial law on the Diploma in Legal Practice Course.
He is recognised as a 'leader in their field' by law directory Chambers UK 2012 for Corporate/M&A (Scotland).
Bruce is also a notary public.
